   Exponential value 'd' = 0.38.

Now put in the formula:

Step 1:
Basic COCOMO formula for Effort = a×(LOC in K)^b
                                = 2.4×(20)^1.05 
                                = 55.756 
  Now Effort Value is = 55.756

Step 2:
Formula for calculate Development time  = c×(Effort)^d in month. 
                                        =  2.5×( 55.756)^0.38
                                        = 11.52 in months
       
   Development time = 11.52 in months
